A Hmong language introduction to traditional Hmong music featuring interviews and performances. This educational video was product of a year and a half of research conducted within the Hmong community in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Funded by grants from the Summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and the University of Wisconsin System Institute on Race and Ethnicity, the video was filmed in 2000 and 2001.
